​2025 MAINTENANCE CONTRACTS will be available for purchase on October 1, 2024...Please remit your payment and signed contract no later than December 31, 2024 to be entered into our system for the New Year 2025. In addition to Annual Savings you will receive Priority Service; All Contract Customers will jump to the head of the line when you call for service.

As of January 2022; New York Department of Buildings requires Category 5 Inspection Test performed on all applicable devices...Please contact our office staff to request a quotation and scheduling assistance...To see if your device qualifies for a CAT 5 Inspection, please "CLICK HERE".

As of January 2022; All customers that occupy an elevator and/or lifting device, must obtain and schedule a Periodic Inspection on all applicable devices. Please note, the performing Periodic Inspector Agency must NOT be affiliated with your maintenance company; All Periodic Inspections shall be performed, not less than 90-Days from the date of your most recent Annual Category 1 Inspection...Please contact our office for a Periodic Inspector Agency referral...To see if your device qualifies for a Periodic Inspection, please "CLICK HERE".
